3 inch (76mm) Architectural Mortice Bathroom Door Lock Ref: 23-9112 This high quality British made Mortice Bathroom or Toilet Door Lock is an excellent choice for Sprung or heavy Un-sprung Lever Door Handles and Door Knobs* and is available in five superior finishes for fine quality joinery applications. Case Depth 3" (76mm) Backset 2 1/4" (57mm) All other measurements as per technical drawing. Latchbolt operated by Lever Handles or Door Knobs. Deadbolt operated by Thumbturn - designed to accept any Thumbturn fitted with an 8mm Square spindle (also suitable for 5mm spindles when used with our 8mm spindle adaptor - see Related Products... below) 25 Year Mechanical Guarantee - recommended for medium to heavy weight internal or external doors with a medium to high frequency of use Certified and Approved for use on FD30/60 Fire Doors Fully Reversible - to suit doors hinged on the Left or Right and opening Inwards or Outwards Available in the following High Quality finishes: Polished Brass Satin Stainless Steel Polished Stainless Steel (similar to Polished Chrome) Dull Black Dark Bronze (often refered to as BMA) *Important: If fitting this type of Bathroom Lock for use with Door Knob Handles consideration should be given to the clear space between the Knob when fitted and the door frame stop.
