Black Antique Iron Rim Latch Ref: 21-2021

This popular Rim Latch features a high quality internal mechanism that will provide years of trouble free service. The authentic, antique black wrought iron finish of this rim latch will add an Old English, rustic charm to doors around the home.

Rim Latches are those that are surface mounted on to the door face (on the opening side) and are normally fitted to doors that are not thick enough to accept a mortice latch or where such a latch would be impractical.

Suitable for wooden doors hinged on the left or right and opening inwards

Body - 4 3/4" x 4" (120mm x 101mm)
Frame Keep - 4" x 5/8" (101mm x 15mm)
Follower Backset - 3 3/4" (95mm) - this is the measurement from the edge of the door to the centre of the handle hole
