Black Antique Iron Cranked Suffolk Thumb Latch Ref: 37-205

This popular Suffolk Thumb Latch features a cranked handle for either Left Hand (as shown) or Right Hand applications. This Thumb Latch features a Privacy function which allows the Latch Bar to be held down so that it cannot be operated via the Latch Handle. This is most commonly used on Bathroom and Bedroom doors where a degree of privacy is required.

Thumb Latches are designed so that the horizontal Latch Bar is fitted to the opening face of the door with the Handle and Thumb Piece being fitted to the closing face. The Thumb Piece passes through the door and raises the Latch Bar off the Keep
