This very popular heavy duty Tubular Mortice Door Latch is suitable for both Sprung and Heavy Un-Sprung Lever Door Handles and Door Knobs*

*Important: If fitting this type of Mortice Latch for use with Door Knob Handles consideration should be given to the clear space between the Knob when fitted and the door frame stop. If too small a gap is present the Knob will be difficult to operate without rapping your knuckles against the door frame. If in any doubt we would recommend the use of a suitable Latch with a deeper Backset measurement.
