General Information

Most of our Casement Fasteners are supplied with standard Mortice Plate (MP) fixings. These are suitable for most outward opening windows where the fastener tongue needs to go into the frame.

An optional Hook Plate (HP) fixing is also available for most patterns to suit windows that are flush with the internal frame or where pairs of windows are closing on to each other.

Also detailed is a Fastener with Wedge Plate fixing. This is ideal for outward opening windows where you do not want to cut into the frame.
