4" x 3" x 5" Heavy Brass Parliament Butt Hinge 08-9112		 Parliament hinges are designed to allow the door to project sufficiently to clear projecting architraves, window boards or down pipes.

The first measurement given is the hinge leaf height and the last the fully open width.The middle size is the inside clearance measurement between the wings of the hinge and is generally the maximum projection you can achieve on lightweight doors. For glazed or solid doors, inset the hinge leaf an additional 15% each side, for example 30% less projection.
