3 inch (76mm) Light Duty Mortice Bathroom Door Lock Ref: 23-9042 This popular light duty Mortice Bathroom or Toilet Door Lock is suitable for Sprung Lever Door Handles and Door Knobs*. A good choice when used with Lever Handles or Door Knobs on Rose and a separate Bathroom Thumbturn. Case Depth 3" (76mm) Backset 2 1/4" (57mm) All other measurements as per technical drawing. Latchbolt operated by Lever Handles or Door Knobs. Deadbolt operated by Thumbturn (suitable for Thumbturns incorporating a 5mm square spindle only). 5 Year Mechanical Guarantee - recommended for light weight internal residential doors with a low frequency of use. Fully Reversible - to suit doors hinged on the Left or Right and opening Inwards or Outwards Available in either Brass or Nickel finish *Important: If fitting this type of Mortice Lock for use with Door Knob Handles consideration should be given to the clear space between the Knob when fitted and the door frame stop. If too small a gap is present the Knob will be difficult to operate without rapping your knuckles against the door frame. If in any doubt we would recommend the use of a suitable Lock with a deeper Backset measurement.
