Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept online payment by most major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can provide your card details by telephone. We also accept payment by cheque. Overseas customers should note that all transactions on this site are in British Pounds Sterling. Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency and we have no control over the conversion exchange rate used.

We do not process card payments for standard stock items until they are ready to be shipped. Payment for Special non-stock items will be processed at the time of ordering.

Our confirmation of your order is to indicate that your order has been received. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

All prices are correct at date of publication. Goods will be charged for at prices current on date of despatch. In the event of any price changes you will, of course, be notified with the option of cancelling your order.
Shipping And Handling Orders from UK Mainland customers will be despatched in full, subject to stock availability, by 1 - 2 day Carrier or by First Class Recorded Mail where size/weight allow. The shipping charge will be added at checkout and forms a separate contract.

UK off-shore = Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Scottish Isles, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland.

If you are an International or UK off-shore customer we will work out the most appropriate method of shipping your order and will advise the cost accordingly. We will not despatch goods or take payment until we have received confirmation that the shipping charges are acceptable.

Where certain items are out of stock and you require part delivery we reserve the right to include additional shipping charges for each consignment made.

Shipping charges are non refundable in the event of returned goods except in respect of incorrect or faulty goods.

Any claims for shortage or non delivery must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where a signature can be obtained on delivery. This can be a work address or the address of a friend or relative who you can rely upon to be at home. We do not entertain claims for non delivery or damage where customers delivery instructions do not allow for a signature upon delivery.
Delivery Schedule The vast majority of items detailed are held in stock and are normally despatched on the day of order, or in the case of cheque payment or card details sent later, when full payment has been cleared. Where items are temporarily out of stock please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

Please do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering to check availability.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and confirm an estimated despatch date. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Note that any estimated despatch dates are given in good faith only and we do not accept any liability for any costs incurred for any delays howsoever caused.
Tax Charges All prices shown are net subject to VAT at 20% for all UK and EU delivery addresses.

Trade customers within the EU (excluding the UK) who have a vaild EU VAT number should enter this where indicated. This number will be checked against the EU VAT Registration database prior to shipping to prevent fraud.

Note: International customers requiring delivery to addresses within the UK or EU will have VAT charged at the appropriate rate.

All other orders are VAT free.

Overseas (non EU) customers should note that, whilst goods are despatched ex UK VAT, governments of destination countries may impose import duties on arrival at destination ports. These duties are beyond our control and are not payable to us.
Credit Card Security When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site. All card details are fully deleted from our system after payment processing.

If you wish, you may also provide your credit card details via telephone or payment by cheque.
Guarantee All of our products are manufactured to high standards and are guaranteed to be supplied without fault or defect.
Additional manufacturer's guarantees are included with certain products and relate to mechanical warranties etc.

Any claims for defective goods must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Where time specific gaurantees and/or product warranties are offered on individual products, Conquest AI Ltd undertake to repair or replace without charge any such product supplied by the company in the event of defect due to faulty workmanship or material, fair wear and tear excepted, subject to inspection of the goods at our premises or by the manufacturer of the goods. No liability is accepted in respect of consequential loss or costs incurred arising from any such defect.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

All goods must be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery.

If, for what ever reason, you wish to return goods please contact us in the first instance. We will then email you with a Returns Authorisation Note which should be included with the package. Any goods returned without the appropriate documentation will be refused credit.

Goods MUST be returned at the purchasers own expense and in their original packaging complete with all supplied fixings and be in new, resaleable condition. Goods not meeting these criteria will be refused credit. You must ensure that goods are packaged in an appropriate manner to avoid damage in transit.

Note that our outward Shipping charges form a separate contract and are not refundable in the event of goods being returned because they are no longer required.

Where returned goods have been supplied against carriage free orders we reserve the right to deduct our outward carriage costs from any refunds issued. Note that our outward carriage costs to certain areas may be greater than the shipping charges detailed on this site.

Goods returned against discounted orders causing the original order value to fall below the relevant discount scale will have the value of any discount given deducted from any refunds issued.

Non stocked items and special items made to order are non returnable.

Incorrect or faulty goods will be replaced or refunded in full, subject to inspection, with no extra shipping charges made. Please note that all goods are checked prior to despatch.
Remittance Terms Goods will only be despatched after payment in full has been received. In the event of payment by cheque this will be when funds have been cleared.
